Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing
Salary Range : RM8K to RM10K, with a potential stretch up to RM11K.
this role requires native Korean. No gender preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with distributors and Modern Trade to monitor brand activity and sales turnover for household & beauty brands.
•Plan and execute marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and grow brand presence across both trade and e-commerce markets.
•Develop and implement brand marketing plans aligned with company goals and strategies.
•Conduct regular brand, sales, and marketing reviews, offering recommendations for improvement.
•Monitor market and consumer trends, providing insights and recommendations where necessary.
•Ensure efficient execution of various marketing programs.
•Address trade and consumer inquiries promptly and effectively.
•Track competitor activities, making recommendations and taking appropriate actions.

Key Requirements:
•Korean native speaking is a MUST
•Minimum diploma level or higher. Preferably with Bachelor degree or higher in business development or other related fields.
•Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-moving, dynamic consumer goods marketing environment. Preference for candidates with brand management and product development experience in FMCG companies.
•Strong conceptual understanding of marketing planning and brand management.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Customer focused with the ability to work well in a team.
