Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
- LCCI Certificate holder.
- Strong accounting knowledge with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Job Description:
- Handle daily accounting functions and ensure timely month/year-end closing.
- Process payroll efficiently.
- Manage freight matters, including verifying GR from end users and posting IR & back-to-back charges to HQ Hanau.
- Prepare monthly reports, including freight accrual checking and reporting.
- Process monthly payroll, including updating payroll information in Xenix and verifying HR attendance updates.
- Prepare payroll summary reports.
- Request funds for monthly payroll processing.
- Conduct physical inventory counts, specifically checking raw materials.
- Monitor scrap collection, prepare and issue invoices to scrap collectors, and post invoices in SAP.
- Prepare and submit e-invoice information to suppliers and customers.
- Respond to auditor inquiries as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:

Experience:
