Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting.
  • LCCI Certificate holder.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Job Description:

  • Handle daily accounting functions and ensure timely month/year-end closing.
  • Process payroll efficiently.
  • Manage freight matters, including verifying GR from end users and posting IR & back-to-back charges to HQ Hanau.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including freight accrual checking and reporting.
  • Process monthly payroll, including updating payroll information in Xenix and verifying HR attendance updates.
  • Prepare payroll summary reports.
  • Request funds for monthly payroll processing.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts, specifically checking raw materials.
  • Monitor scrap collection, prepare and issue invoices to scrap collectors, and post invoices in SAP.
  • Prepare and submit e-invoice information to suppliers and customers.
  • Respond to auditor inquiries as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pekan (Pekan): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
