BRANCH EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER
Responsibilities & Authorities
OPERATION - OFFICE
· To assist the Branch Manager to formulate, implement and monitor strategy business plan
· To ensure smooth running of day to day operation of branch including its office basic administrative/HR/account operations, business development, and product management.
· To responsible for branch management and performance monitoring.
· To ensure control and compliance of relevant guidelines and policies.
· To undertake any other job functions assigned by the branch manager and/or the management.
SALES & MARKETING
· To develop new customer base.
· To manage & develop new business opportunities in his/her territory.
· To plan, execute & implement effective marketing plans.
· To open new accounts and service existing accounts.
· To liaise & maintain good relationship with customer & supplier.
· To contribute directly to the sales, profitability and business growth of the branch
· To drive and enhance customer service quality and promote teamwork to achieve service excellence.
· Prepare quotations & proposals for repair, maintenance and minor upgrading work
· Work closely with his/her superior to execute the directive set in term new project, new segment and products.
· Identify, analyze, and meet client’s technical needs while continuously look into new businesses.
· Control on direct marketing expenditure and provide business projection for future opportunities.
· Regularly report market situation to Manager, Service & Product Modernization on the sales activities.
· Feedback on the change in market environment and competition activities.
· Achieve sales turnover budget set.
· Prepare costing and quotation.
· Identify and target new business opportunities according to annual agreed objectives.
· Maintain regular contact with key customers to enhance business relationships.
· Provide full service support to customers to ensure their aspirations and requirements are met.
· Update the Manager, Service & Product Modernization on regular basis via reports with intelligence on key customer and competitor activities.
OPERATION - SITE
· Lead a group of Sales Executive, Technical Supervisors and Technicians on selected sites to deliver excellent customer satisfaction on installation, breakdown call & maintenance contract execution
· Manage contractors in installations, repairs and upgrading work
· Coach, oversee and lead the maintenance teams for quality servicing delivery.
· Verify all works are properly carried out to specifications.
. Enforce and ensure compliance with the Company’s safety policies and procedures
Education & Experience (Preferred)
· Diploma / Degree or equivalent
. At least 3 years working experience in engineering or related fields
Skills & Knowledge (Required or To Be Provided if do not possess)
· Industrial Engineering (IE) and/or business management skills
· Computer Skills – AutoCad 2000; Window 2000; MS Internet Explorer; Ms Word; Excel; Power Points
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
