Recruitment management:
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's recruitment plan, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements, etc.;
Assist in the expansion and maintenance of recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency;
Responsible for the handling of employee entry procedures, including the signing of labor contracts and the establishment of employee files;
Follow up employee probation performance, provide timely feedback and assist in solving employee problems.
Performance management: Assist in the formulation of the company's performance management system to ensure that it meets the company's strategy and business needs;
Design and implement the performance evaluation system, including the formulation of evaluation standards, setting evaluation cycles, organizing evaluation meetings, etc.;
Evaluate the performance of various departments and employees, provide feedback and improvement suggestions;
Analyze performance data, identify existing problems and improvement directions, and propose improvement measures and suggestions;
