1. Social Media Management:
a. Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google).
b. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.
c. Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement.
2. Content Creation:
a. Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts aligned with the company’s branding.
b. Write compelling captions, advertisements, and blog posts to attract and retain followers.
c. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to share educational content.
3. Campaign Execution:
a. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including online advertisements, email marketing, and promotions.
b. Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
4. Brand Development:
a. Work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategies that strengthen the company’s brand identity.
b. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
5. Community Engagement:
a. Organise and promote events such as health talks, campaigns, and promotions to raise awareness and attract customers.
b. Partner with local communities, businesses, and organisations for collaborative marketing opportunities.
6. Market Research:
a. Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to optimise marketing strategies.
7. Administrative Tasks:
a. Maintain a content calendar for planned social media posts and campaigns.
b. Assist with other administrative duties related to marketing as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
