  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, fire-fighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
  • Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
  • Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.
  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
  • Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.
  • Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.
  • Ensure installations are safe and legal.
  • Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.
  • Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

Requirements:

  • Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4).
  • Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation.
  • Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
  • Fresh are encourage to apply

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
