- To guide the QA Engineer in ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Reporting to Top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any changes needed for improvement.
- Ensuring the promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
- Responsible for planning, coordinate and schedule internal quality audit to ensure the quality system implemented is effective and meeting the quality objectives.
