E-Commerce Marketing Executive (High-Growth Opportunity)
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven and strategic E-Commerce Marketing Executive to be the right-hand person to our founder, helping scale Barely into the #1 women’s essentials brand in Southeast Asia.
If you love analyzing ad performance, creating high-converting campaigns, working with influencers, and executing eCommerce strategies that drive revenue, this role is for you. You’ll be involved in every aspect of growing a high-performing DTC brand, from ad creative management to sales data analysis and product launches.
This is a fully remote, full-time position, perfect for someone obsessed with growth, data, and performance marketing. You will work directly with the founder and have a huge impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Performance & Growth Optimization
- Ideate & manage ad creatives – Work with designers & videographers to produce high-converting ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Ad Analysis & Reporting – Track & analyze ROAS, CPA, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPMs, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Optimize Paid Channels – Ensure Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopee & Lazada campaigns are scalable & profitable.
Influencer & UGC Management
- Oversee & manage influencer partnerships – Source, negotiate, and coordinate UGC creators that align with our brand.
- Develop long-term influencer strategies – Identify top-performing influencers for ongoing brand partnerships & ambassador deals.
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Plan Quarterly Growth Strategies – Work directly with the founder to map out the next quarter’s marketing plan.
- Product Launch Execution – Oversee successful product rollouts, ensuring the website, ads & marketing strategy are aligned.
- Website & Conversion Optimization – Ensure product listings, landing pages & overall site experience drive conversions.
Multi-Channel Marketing Execution
- Oversee and optimize Shopee, Lazada, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Shop.
- Ensure cross-platform consistency and align promotions, campaigns & messaging across all channels.
