The Product Growth Executive will play a critical role in ensuring that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves acting as a liaison between the product development team and other departments, maintaining project timelines, budgets, and status reports, and working with cross-functional teams to meet customer and stakeholder needs. The Product Growth Executive will also stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to drive product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure products are developed on time, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the product development team and other departments to ensure proper integration of products with other processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Proactively manage changes in product launch or campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee product launches, manage the product roadmap, and handle product lifecycle management.
  • Manage sourcing and relationships with brand partners to ensure project and collaboration objectives are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

Customer and Stakeholder Feedback:

  • Analyse customer and stakeholder feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.
  • Provide product training and support to internal and/or external staff.

Industry Trends and Innovation:

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to inform product development and innovation.

Sourcing and Vendor Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost for materials and components.
