Responsibilities

  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive direct sales via call in inquiries, in person sales calls and presentations.
  • Manage and close sales opportunities through accurate forecasting, account and opportunity planning, account resource allocation and opportunity management.
  • Establish and maintain key account client relationships.
  • Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
  • Must be able to identify/recognize business opportunities, approach potential client and build the solution business.
  • Work independently and lead on pre-sales activities which includes: - Understand customer IT infrastructure, Security/Operation flow and project requirements; - Strategic Solution selling; - Solution Presentation; - Solution Demonstration and Proof of Concept; - Solution Proposal; - Project specification preparation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT/Networking, software or related field.
  • 3-4 years' experience in physical security industry is an advantage. Junior executives with minimum1- 2 years experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
  • Proven working experience in government or healthcare or oil & gas sector is an advantage.
  • Strong engineering knowledge and passion for IT & Technology with business mind.
  • Aptitude for learning product technologies.
  • Keen self-learner in understanding the products, solutions, and project matters.
  • Excellent in public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Good verbal, written communications skills in English & Mandarin are an advantage.
  • Great interpersonal skills, creative, enthusiasm, positive minded and goal-oriented minded.
  • Willing to travel (local & international).
  • Good team player with excellent interaction skills among teams, colleagues and customers.
