As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads for our surveillance solutions. You will work closely with senior sales team members and assist in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping deliver customized security solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients, showcasing our surveillance products and solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest surveillance technologies, product offerings, and industry trends.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors’ activities and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Sales Targets: Help meet sales targets and KPIs by closing sales deals and expanding the customer base.

We are looking to expand our sales team by hiring a driven Junior Sales Executive who is passionate about technology and eager to grow within the surveillance industry.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology or surveillance industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of surveillance solutions (CCTV, video analytics, access control, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven to achieve targets, and eager to learn.

    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
