Senior Sales Account Manager
As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and leading sales efforts for our surveillance solutions. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, a deep understanding of security technology, and proven success in closing high-value deals. You will be instrumental in shaping the company's sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target high-potential clients and expand market share in the surveillance solutions industry. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent revenue growth. Provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market research, networking, and existing relationships. Sales Presentations & Proposals: Lead client meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and provide customized surveillance solutions based on client requirements. Negotiations & Closing: Lead the negotiation process, close high-value deals, and ensure the timely and successful implementation of contracts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market trends. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to offer clients innovative solutions. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and achievements against targets to senior management.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the surveillance, security, or technology industries. Expertise: Deep understanding of surveillance solutions (e.g., CCTV, video surveillance, access control, etc.) and their application in various industries (e.g., corporate, government, retail). Sales Skills: Strong ability to drive sales cycles from lead generation to closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Negotiation & Closing: Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales negotiations. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and relevant sales platforms. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
