  • Provide a Range of Comprehensive Support to the Management in a Highly Professional, Discreet, and Professional Manner.
  • Provide Administrative Support by Managing, Scheduling, and Making Arrangements for Appointments, Meetings, and/or Travel.
  • Assist with Information/Data Collection for Better Decision-Making and Problem-Solving as Assigned.
  • Work Closely with Internal Departments to Follow-Up with Their Progress, Achieve Greater Operational Efficiency, and Facilitate Effective Communication.
  • Attend and Prepare Minutes of Meetings as well as Meet with Clients, Business Associates, and Follow Up Closely with the Necessary Actions.
  • Prepare, Manage, and Follow Up on Application and Renewal of Company-Related Matters.
  • Manage and Organize Documents, Emails, and Other Materials, Ensuring a Systematic Filing System.
  • Responsible for Full Administrative Duties for Office and HR Department, such as Replenishment of Office Supply, Stationery, and Any Other Office Necessities.
  • Liaise with and Be the Point of Contact for External Vendors/Service Providers for Any Office and Facilities Related Issues (Cleaner, Air-Con Maintenance, etc.).
  • Perform All Tasks and Duties Required to Support the Overall Goals of the Company.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Preferably candidates with SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Computer skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point).
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Strong Organizational Skills with the Ability to Multi-Task.
  • Able to Work as a Team Member as well as an Individual Contributor.
  • Sense of Responsibility to Complete Task Given.
