Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin to support our retail sales operations. This role involves administrative tasks, support the sales team, managing customer records online and offline, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and receipts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory reports.
  • Support the sales team by preparing documents, reports, and proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Support for back end sales operation ensuring smoothness of transaction.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Language: Proficiency in English / Bahasa Malaysia.
