Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday (Offdays on Sunday & Monday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a Personal Assistant cum Admin to support daily operations, manage financial records, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Administrative Management: Maintain accounting records, financial transactions, and budget reports.
- Data & Document Management: Ensure safekeeping of company information and transactions.
- Correspondence & Reporting: Draft official emails, letters, and financial projections.
- Tax & Compliance: Manage company tax matters and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Handle interactions with third parties and respond to online inquiries.
- Marketing Collaboration: Support the Marketing Team and Director with necessary administrative tasks.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Provide direct support to Dr. Hasseenah as required.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned within the role’s scope.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
