Job Requirements:
- A basic diploma in any field, preferably with knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and record employee documents into the logbook.
- Handle and distribute birthday gifts according to department.
- Monitor the arrival of employees during medical checkup with doctors at the clinic designated by HQ.
- In charge of the training room for training purpose and ensure the room always in 5S conditions.
- Responsible for liaise on between applicants and hiring manager on the matters of interviewing.
- Handle and monitor workers disciplinary and complaint issues, provided necessary guidance if needed.
- Distributed payslip to each department every salary time.
