Job Requirements:

  • A basic diploma in any field, preferably with knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and record employee documents into the logbook.
  • Handle and distribute birthday gifts according to department.
  • Monitor the arrival of employees during medical checkup with doctors at the clinic designated by HQ.
  • In charge of the training room for training purpose and ensure the room always in 5S conditions.
  • Responsible for liaise on between applicants and hiring manager on the matters of interviewing.
  • Handle and monitor workers disciplinary and complaint issues, provided necessary guidance if needed.
  • Distributed payslip to each department every salary time.
