Responsibilities
- Assist the manager and ensure smooth operations on outlets, overseeing product display and stock levels.
- Monitor and coordinate on inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Liaise with other teams to address and resolve any issues faced by the retail team, customer complaints and services.
- To coordinate with retail, office and support team on deliveries to customers
- To identify and to propose on promotion and any other marketing campaign
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Business Administration or any other equivalent field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication are required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if the candidates possess personal quality
