Asst. Restaurant Manager
· Develop, plan and drive strategies to maximise outlets sales and revenues
· Work closely with Outlet Chef to ensure food served meet the desired standards and also for the developments of special promotions
· Ensures that all operating supplies are sufficiently stocked for the smooth operations of the outlets
· Oversee inventory management of outlets to ensure that stocks are constantly maintained at ‘Par’ adjusting levels according to product and business demand
· Design exceptional menus, promotions and continuously drive and make necessary improvements together with the chefs
· Increase and maintain average food checks and beverage spends per person in line with budget expectations
· Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of the outlets by liaising with Housekeeping
· Ensure physical features and appearance of outlets are maintained according to required standards
Ensure compliance with legislated law, health and safety requirements within the workplace
· Drive and preserve excellent levels of customer service
Ensure all associates actively solicit guest feedback in order to seek continual improvement in service and guest satisfaction
