Experienced Account Officer / Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Officer/Clerk to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update comprehensive financial records and ledgers.
• Accurately process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Generate and present financial reports and summaries for management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Manage tax filings and statutory reporting obligations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in Malaysia common accounting software
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
