Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our paramedical team, providing pre-insurance medical check-up services for clients of various insurance companies. This role requires an allied health professional with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The position also involves traveling to various locations to conduct medical check-ups. Currently, we are seeking paramedics in Johor and Penang.

This is a contract-for-service role, meaning payment is based on the number of cases completed. There is no fixed salary or fee, as compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-insurance medical assessments, including measuring vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, visual acuity), taking medical histories, and performing basic physical examinations.
  • Administer ECGs, blood tests, and urine tests.
  • Deliver collected samples to the laboratory.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of medical findings and test results.
  • Maintain proper handling and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with head office for medical reporting purposes.
  • Follow company protocols and adhere to safety standards during all medical procedures.
  • Ensure timely and professional service delivery to clients.
  • Stay updated on medical best practices and health regulations relevant to the role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certified Paramedic with [State/National] registration (include relevant regulatory body details).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting health screenings, ECGs, and administering basic medical tests.
  • Strong understanding of patient care protocols and emergency medical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Possess own transportation

PAYMENT

  • Paramedics must submit their case claims to the company.
  • Mileage claims, parking and toll claims will be reimbursed accordingly.
  • The company reserves the right to adjust and revise the fee schedule. The updated medical fee schedule will be shared with candidates upon shortlisting for an interview.
  • Payment will only be made for cases that are properly completed and approved by the company.
