Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations Support:

  • Assist in the operational needs such as documentations, POPs, sales licenses etc of the retail stores, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare any documents required for meetings/events
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and report generations for sales/promotions etc.

Customer Service:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across social media, WhatsApp, emails, and calls, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and promotions to customers where required via suitable channels while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support promotional events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (written/spoken)
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in any related field
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words & Excel & Power point)
