General Operation Assistant

Scope of Work: Woodwork Perform carpentry tasks, including building, repairing, and installing wooden structures and fixtures. Maintain tools and equipment used in woodworking. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Electrical Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations. Support Marketing Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional activities. Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and events. Collect and report on marketing data and analytics. Administration Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Handle correspondence and communication within the organization. Facilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
