1.Open invoice / quotation / billing from boss, miss, or designer. 2.Send invoice to customer on WhatsApp. 3.Follow up on payment. 4.Calculate and receive daily sales. 5.Bank in cash and cheque. 6.Meeting with Sales Team for outstanding payment, remind to follow up every Monday AM 7.Send SOA to creditor, collect and follow up payment, filing/documentation. 8.Arrange payment for supplier/telephone bill/utilities. 9.Follow all instructions and any ad-hock task from top management and HOD that needs to be done. 10.Help other departments if needed. 11.
