We're Hiring: Payroll Specialist Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in a multinational environment? Join us and be part of a dynamic team in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur! Position: Payroll Specialist. Location: Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500 + Thai Language Allowance. Contract Duration: 12 months (potential for renewal/permanent placement) What You’ll Do: End-to-end payroll processing for Thailand Manage payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. Oversee HRIS, time attendance, and payroll systems to ensure seamless operations. Prepare payroll reports for finance, accounting, and statutory compliance. Handle payroll audits, employee payroll queries (via ticketing system), and HR administrative tasks. Work on payroll enhancement projects with IT, HRBPs, and business units. Identify and implement process improvements, SOPs, and checklists for payroll efficiency. Who We’re Looking For: Degree in HRM, Business, or related field. Thai speaker Payroll with 2-4 years of payroll experience in an MNC or Shared Services environment or Fresh Grad with Thai speaking skills. Strong problem-solving skills in payroll issues. Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). Meticulous, detail-oriented, and analytical with strong process control skills.
