  • Work closely with superior and marketing team for executing the yearly calendar promotion of the assigned accounts
  • Ensure achieving of collections targets / disputes on time.
  • Plan and communicate activity execution with operation team to ensure its proper execution at store level.
  • Builds a retailer specific development plan, and a compelling story to convince retailer buying in.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer.
  • Manage to minimize market return.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
