Key Roles
- Manage the People Operations vertical which include but not limited to payroll, HR documentation & employee relations.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes. Administer the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal payroll policies, taxation laws, and employment regulations.
- Assist the HR Manager with a variety of responsibilities and special projects.
- Organize and maintain the HR filing system; ensure accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; file and retrieve documents.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.
- Participate, schedule, plan and coordinate Great Place to Work initiatives (employee engagement activities)
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrolments and terminations.
- Help employees build strong relationships with their coworkers and managers
- Supporting recruitment activities, interview and evaluate candidates for selected positions as and when needed.
Administration
- Supporting and maintaining inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
- Assist in special events, such as career fairs, company activities, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
