UP TO 8K Executive Manager @ KL (N)

Job Scope / Responsibilities : The General Manager (GM) of the Chamber plays an executive leadership role in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the organization fulfils its mission to support local and Spanish businesses in Malaysia as well as networking and economic development of its members. GM will be in charge of preparing meetings, including board and members meetings, setting goals, contributing with the digital transformation of the Chamber and ensuring accountability and transparency. GM will take care in the relation with other existing Chambers of Commerce in Malaysia, engaging with public and private stakeholders, dynamizing with different events representing the sectors of interest (F&B, Technology, Industrial, Sports, Hospitality...), bringing networking opportunities and playing an active role of marketing and branding as well as advocacy for the interest of the members. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within an Association, Chamber of Commerce or similar organization. Proven track record in strategic planning and digital transformation. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and represent the Chamber effectively. Experience in event management and networking. Some knowledge of Spanish would be more than a plus.
