Job Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive secretarial works and administrative support to senior management. - Monitor departmental performance, offer strategic insights, and organise key meetings, reports, and materials efficiently. - Coordinate travel arrangements for business trips and assist with personal tasks for senior managements. - Manage schedules, and appointments, and maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders. - Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management. - Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations. Job Requirements - Bachelor in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent. - 3-5 years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant would be advantageous. - Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. - Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS office application (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - Discretion to carry out and provide support for tasks requiring a high level of confidentiality. - Willing to travel to operation sites extensively.
