Assistant Procurement
Procurement Process Support
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and track their status
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and delays.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality, pricing, and service.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock movements and procurement activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper procurement records, including invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and data analysis for management.
Administrative & General Support
- Handle inquiries from internal departments regarding procurement matters.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and procurement-related documentation.
- Support in continuous improvement initiatives for procurement efficiency.
● Knowledge in SQL system is preferable.
● Strong problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft office.
● Good command in verbal & written English, Mandarin & Malay
● Minimum SPM level and above is preferred.
