Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Training Coordinator, you will:
- Support Training Operations – Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing training calendars, and coordinating participant invitations.
- Training Documentation & Administration – Prepare and maintain training records, attendance lists, reports, and feedback forms.
- Event & Booth Management – Set up and manage booths at events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote training programs.
- Participant Engagement – Act as a liaison between trainers and attendees, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Logistics & Technical Support – Set up training materials, equipment (projectors, microphones, laptops), and assist trainers during sessions.
- Inventory & Materials Management – Maintain stock of training materials, restock when necessary, and distribute promotional content.
- Data & Feedback Analysis – Gather participant feedback, compile insights, and recommend improvements for training effectiveness.
