Urgent hiring: MEP Manager (Commercial)

Job Responsibilities: Participate in the preparation of tenders and quotations for Lump Sum and BQ contracts. Attend site visits and assist in the tender collection process. Conduct measurements, request and evaluate quotations, verify compliance with tender specifications, and ensure completeness of costing in tender documents. Raise tender queries and manage related documentation. Assess and review tender strategies. Represent the company in tender interviews for shortlisted projects. Ensure timely and compliant execution of quotations and tender submissions. Expedite the submission of required data and costs within specified bid timelines. Prepare and manage quotation, tender, and contract documents while overseeing the financial aspects of the project. Facilitate the project's commencement process. Identify and engage suitable subcontractors, material, and equipment suppliers. Issue work orders, purchase orders, and material requisitions. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing while considering project profitability. Manage contract administration and cost control measures. Monitor subcontractors’ performance and progress in alignment with project drawings and contract agreements. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and assess cost variations. Lead the team throughout the tendering process. Supervise the team during both pre-construction and post-construction phases of the project.
