Job Summary

The Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will lead and execute the company’s talent acquisition strategy for the group including Retail, Corporate and Distribution Center (DC) recruitment. This role is responsible for developing a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent while ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process

Responsibilities

a) Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for retail and corporate/DC recruitment, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, diversity, and high-quality talent selection
  • Manage and mentor Talent Acquisition Managers responsible for retail and corporate/DC hiring
  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to improve hiring processes, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and workforce planning
  • Drive the use of innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, referrals, talent pipelines, and partnerships

b) Employer Branding

  • Lead the employer branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns to promote the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities
  • Manage the company’s presence on employer branding platforms, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job portals
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications teams to create compelling content, including videos, blogs, and social media campaigns
  • Represent the company at recruitment fairs, industry events, and networking forums to attract top talent

c) Process Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish best practices for recruitment processes, including candidate assessment, interview structures, and onboarding effectiveness
  • Enhance recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other HR technologies to improve efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and external recruitment partners to align hiring efforts with business priorities
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring strategy
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in Retail recruitment is an added advantage
  • Strong employer branding and recruitment marketing experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to drive change, influence decision-making, and create strategic workforce plans
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best hiring practices
  • Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills
  • Willing to relocate to new office location
