We are currently recruiting an Operations Manager to join our established and highly skilled team. These roles offer the opportunity to work in a cutting-edge clinical environment, with access to extensive in-house and external training.
Role Description
This is a full-time Operations Manager role at The Wave Clinic. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Wave's houses. This on-site role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing and implementing policies, and maintaining a high standard of care for our residents.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management skills
- Experience in healthcare or residential facility management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment
- Experience in adolescent and young adult behavioral health is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
