Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, develop growth strategies, and enhance the company’s market position. The role includes responsibilities for fostering long-term client connections, driving revenue growth, and leading the company to new achievements.
Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates (e.g., influencers, marketers) to grow the network.
Campaign Strategy: Develop and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentives to boost conversions and sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure affiliate activities comply with regulations and company policies; identify and resolve potential risks.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to align on strategy and resolve affiliate issues.
-Training & Support: Provide affiliates with necessary tools, resources, and best practices to improve performance.
Requirement:
Experience: 2-3 years in affiliate marketing or business development, Knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments. -Skills: Strong in affiliate management, data analysis, negotiation, digital marketing, and communication. -Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-
paced environment. -Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. -Knowledge: Understanding of the CFD market and compliance with financial regulations.
Academic: Diploma / Degree holder
