Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and metrics to identify patterns, predict churn, and create data-driven retention strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to improve service quality and customer experience.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products that meet client needs .

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills may be advantageous depending on the role’s location.

Experience: Prior experience in customer retention, sales, or a similar field. Experience in the online trading or financial industry is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and behavior.

Proficiency with CRM tools and customer data management systems
