  • Proactively source and build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective interview processes.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and promoting the company's culture and values.
  • Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
  • Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian job market is a large plus.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as software engineers, drone pilots, or technical support, is a large plus.
