- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective interview processes.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and promoting the company's culture and values.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
- Data and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Southeast Asian job market is a large plus.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, such as software engineers, drone pilots, or technical support, is a large plus.
