Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trademark Paralegal or Executive at Henry Goh & Co Sdn Bhd. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur City but allows for some remote work. The day-to-day tasks include handling trademarks, responding to enquiries and office actions, managing docketing, and navigating trademark and copyright law to support the IP journey of the company.

Qualifications

  • Some work experience in Trademarks and Copyright Law
  • Experience in Docketing processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to write, read and communicate in Mandarin in a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
