What You’ll Achieve

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

You will:

  • Provide technical solutions and perform advanced troubleshooting techniques to address complex technical issues
  • Understand Global Configuration tools and process to provide remediation required for troubleshooting and resolutions to the customers and meet the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Collaborate with stake holders to provide the fastest solutions to the customers and find the potential root cause of the issues to implement Close Loop Corrective Actions (CLCA)
  • Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
  • Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
  • Ability to set priorities and delegate
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365 development (PowerApps, Flows, Power BI, Teams), .Net development (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audiences
