The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for one of our portfolio's business groups, within hospitality sector. This role focuses on brand positioning, and marketing strategy and execution, customer acquisition strategies to maximize revenue, customer engagement, and collaborates with other divisions to drive overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities including directly overseeing, and / managing a team to oversee:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business across divisions
- Work closely with the other divisions to align promotions and cross-marketing opportunities.
- Manage advertising campaigns, loyalty programs, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Oversee channel sales operations, including group bookings, event sponsorships, and package promotions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, digital content, and branding efforts.
- Implement data-driven marketing techniques to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Supervise sales teams, ensuring training and performance meet corporate objectives.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, loyalty programs, and guest experiences.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
