- Maintain and issuance of invoices, debit note, credit note and receipts accurately and in compliance to SST and e-invoice requirements
- Maintain good filing system and keep it up to date
- Maintain and monitoring accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain the documents and reports to ensure the efficient workflow.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial and operational processes
- Any other tasks assigned by superior
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/LCCI or equivalent
- Preferably experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
