Role Description

Qualifications
  • Legal background and knowledge of corporate governance principles
  • Experience in managing board meetings and corporate records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the property development or construction industry is a plus
  • Professional certification as a Company Secretary is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
