What You'll Do
- Design and manage IP deliverables across MPLS, Ethernet L2/3, Optical, and SIP-based networks.
- Conduct configuration, implementation, and testing for Ethernet and Optical equipment.
- Provide technical advice and support to project teams, addressing service delivery issues.
- Work directly with customers for service testing, activation, and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Report weekly on project progress and status to management.
- Degree in Network or any equivalent.
- Hands on experience with Cisco Network products, having certifications such as CCNA. Having CCNP is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of telecommunication network experience, with extensive knowledge in MPLS, IP, SIP, SDH, Optical DWDM, and TDM platforms.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Resourcefulness and initiative in resolving complex issues to deliver quality service.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
