Summary

To support the marketing team, coordinate with internal team members, manage clients and projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing: Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop marketing plans, craft strategies, and set KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting to marketing leads.
  • Client Partnership: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within the agency.
  • Social Media: Setting up, managing accounts, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across social media platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, contribute to strategic marketing planning, and ensure campaigns and content are aligned with their objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets (if needed), and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (creative, sales, and business development) to deliver integrated marketing solutions that help clients source quotations and venues for events/collaterals.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide clients with data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to keep projects on track and clients updated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields
  • 2+ years (digital) marketing, ecommerce marketing experience (a plus), either working with ecommerce platforms, or a marketing role in a creative agency
  • Experienced in ads planning, setting and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
  • Experience in Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok Ads (a plus)
  • Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager)) are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers
  • Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up and ecommerce environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Digital Marketing Certification on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads background (a plus)
  • Based in Kuala Lumpur
