Responsible for daily operational function, book-keeping and other finance clerical works
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to prepare payment / cheque and other related documents.
- Responsible for daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.
- Responsible on the handling of petty cash and reimbursement.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with Bank and supplier on all financial related matters.
- Responsible for updating records, sorting and filing of documents.
- Responsible for data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
