Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Franchise Operation Support role located in Klang. The role involves providing operational support compliance to the franchise ageeement, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, managing operations, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.

- Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in early childhood education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Mandarin speaking (added advantage)
- Willing to work with principals/business owner/teachers
- Willing to travel nationwide
