Program Details

Antler Malaysia's next program starts on 14th April 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

• Full-time, 10-weeks in-person program in Kuala Lumpur.
• In the program, you will ideate VC-backable ideas and find your co-founder(s) from the cohort of 60-80 founders.
• Your calendar will be packed with masterclasses, fireside chats, speaker series, bootcamps and coaching that will equip you with the fundamentals of venture building.
• By the end of the 10 weeks, you will pitch your team and business idea to the Antler Investment Committee. If accepted, you will receive a pre-seed investment of US$110,000 for 12% equity, and join Antler’s portfolio.
• As an Antler portfolio company, you will continue receiving personalised coaching from the Antler team and access our global network of advisors and talent to help you scale.
• When you are ready, Antler will help you fundraise for your next rounds.

Ideal Candidates

We are looking for exceptional professionals with strong operational expertise and leadership skills to lead transformative manufacturing ventures. Join us if you have the following:

• Hands-On Operational Experience: At least 5+ years in manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of production processes, team management, and operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing: Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks, with a proven ability to implement and drive measurable results.
• Scaling Operations: Experience in setting up or scaling manufacturing operations, whether launching new facilities or expanding existing ones.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational challenges with innovative solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams, inspire others, and drive results through collaboration.
• Strategic Thinking: A mindset geared towards long-term improvements and scalable growth, with the ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving business needs.
