  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Executive located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, regulatory filings and litigation management.

Key Requirements

  • LL.B. with preferably two (2) years and above experience in general corporate work (i.e. mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions) gained at a legal firm. Pupillage experience is considered.
  • Strong team working skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and stay organized. Must be a self-starter who can work independently while fostering collaboration.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, reasoning, negotiation, and legal research skills to develop practical and innovative solutions, while effectively partnering with different stakeholders on execution.
  • Meticulous and quick learner with the ability to grasp complex legal and business concepts efficiently
  • Able to provide clear, concise, and well-structured reports to support decision-making.
  • Mandarin fluency is preferred.
