Responsibilities:

  • Providing application support under the SAP platform for the SAP FI Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
  • Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation
  • Manages incidents, service request, problem and change requests reported by user and follow-up promptly for closure
  • Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely

Requirements:

  • Min 4 years of relevant experience in FI or CO modules
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is desirable
  • At least 1 full cycle FI implementation project experience
  • Good understanding of integration with other core modules, e.g. Sales, SCM,etc
  • Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Team player in a culturally diversified environment
  • Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends
  • Able to work independently and escalate when necessary
