  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Involve in all hands on work, preping such as painting, crafting, and diy projects to ensure through event preparation.
  • Execute timely and efficient event set-up and dismantle activities within specified time frames.
  • Style events according to the specified design and theme, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive atmosphere.
  • Part of the balloonist role, create balloon order arrangement, check stock
  • Maintain a basic foundation in managing computer systems and stock inventory related to event styling materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into balloon designs and event styling.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience (at least 1 year ) in event planning and execution.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events silumtaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
  • Possess own Transport.
  • Creative for balloon & art.
  • Required to work on weekend.
