- Perform daily general clerical duties.
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the office and building, including any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Handle general administration tasks.
- Support sales personnel with data entry.
- Assist with sales inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain records and organize the filing system.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Open to SPM holders with relevant experience.
- Required languages: Mandarin, English.
- Dynamic, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures preferred.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales administration preferred; fresh graduates with relevant industrial training will also be considered.
