  • Perform daily general clerical duties.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the office and building, including any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Support sales personnel with data entry.
  • Assist with sales inquiries and quotations.
  • Maintain records and organize the filing system.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Open to SPM holders with relevant experience.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in sales administration preferred; fresh graduates with relevant industrial training will also be considered.
